Anja at 3.5 months...

I'm getting her ready to ride with some early training...you can tell she's showing signs of being a natural:)

A hike up to Titus Lake this past Saturday. We learned a few lessons...such as always bring a backup set of clothes for her. You can interpret that on your own:)

Anja is 1 week old today. Happy Birthday! She's doing great and growing like crazy. She came in to the world weighing 6lbs 8 ounces 19inches. I'm guessing she's back up to her birth weight this week.

Well, If you haven't heard the news Jamey and I had a baby girl last Friday, Aug 14th. Anja Greene is one precious baby and had an exciting journey. She has been surrounded by loving grandparents, auntie Jodi, and great friends. Anja had her first doctor's appt today and is 100% healthy and scored extra points for being such a cute baby. Thanks to everyone who has sent notes, flowers and their wishes throughout this process.

Backcountry run last weekend. 16.5 miles...this was hot one. Felt good until mile 10, had issues and ran it home to finish in 2:13. Hey, there's always next year. Shouts out to Tiffany and Scott...you rocked.

Jamey wk 31 - 4th of July

Check the progress out! 8 months and counting. Jamey is healthy and kicking prego ass! We had a great 4th of July hike around Pettit Lake and almost made it to Lake Alice.

Boise 1/2 Ironman 70.3

Boise 70.3 1/2 Ironman. Wow...what a day. Lots of rain and a tough day in general. Being the last wave on the swim I had the pleasure of experiencing rough water and a nice head wind. Bike was a wild adventure to say the least. With flash flood conditions I saw many people go down and many people going very SLOW. Run, well I love to run in the rain so it was nice ending to the day. All in all I fun (which is most important) but was disappointed in my overall time (4:58). Good motivation for next year!
